 Our “Process”

 · Contact us via email or phone so we can learn about you and your dog. At the same time we can introduce ourselves as well to ensure you are comfortable with the service you will receive from us.

· Schedule your photo shoot. Once we decide on the best date and location we will get you and your dog on our calendar. We take a deposit of 25% to lock you into our schedule; with the other 75% due the day of the photography session.

· Pre-shoot list and reminders: We will send you a reminder and pre-shoot list a week before the photo shoot. The pre-shoot list is a quick check list we provide in order for you and your pet to get the most out of the day.

· Day of the session: We will be together for 1-2 hours to get the photos we need. We expect to deliver at least 30-50 unique, personal photographs showing your dog and their personality. The day of the shoot is broken into 3 parts.

o The beginning – the first 20-30 minutes we all get to know each other and let the dog(s) get comfortable.

o The shoot – this is about one hour or so. This is the part where the dog and you get a good workout. This is where we usually get the best photos of the day. We (you, me, and your dog) will be running around and getting a bunch of great shots.

o The end – the last 15-20 minutes of the photo shoot. This is where we make sure we got all of the special photos you may have requested. While we do this, your dog can relax and wind down.

· Online Photo Gallery: Within 7-10 days we will have all of your photos online in a custom gallery. We shoot completely digital so if you see any color photos you would like to see in black and white just give us a call and we will do that for you quickly and add it to your online gallery.

· Ordering Prints: All of your ordering is done through your online gallery. All of our images are printed on archival digital photo paper. We offer prints of all sizes and photo books as well as specialty items such a coffee mugs, key chains, greeting cards, playing cards and more. All of them can be customized with your favorite photos from our session. All prints are delivered within 2 weeks of ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions

· What if the weather is bad? We can always schedule a reshoot. If it looks like the weather is going to be bad the day before I will contact you and we can make a decision together.

· What if my dog is sick or injured? If your dog is not feeling well, or has hurt themselves we will reschedule the photo shoot.

· How far do you travel? We work within a 30 mile radius of Lombard IL; anything beyond that we charge a travel fee. Please contact us with any questions or for more information.

· What if the photos just don’t work out? We will work with you to insure you are satisfied with our service though we are confident this will not be an issue.
